“ The Registration and Citizenship Service of the London Borough of Bromley is responsible for all civil marriage and civil partnership ceremonies held in Bromley. For couples who wish to take advantage of the beautiful grounds at the Civic Centre for their special day the main ceremony room is an obvious choice. However, after thirteen years of good service the ‘Rose Room’ was sadly in need of a makeover and to move on from the very tired pink and blue with tassels theme!
Indigo Interiors was chosen from a selection of interior design teams, as they were able to meet all the requirements for the job: • Provide a cost effective and realistic quote • Produce a range of designs and mood boards in order that register office staff and customers could be involved in the new design • Manage the project from start to finish • Complete the refurbishment within very tighttimescales because of existing ceremonybookings • Work alongside council contractors • Deliver the project to specification, on timeand on budget The Rose Room is now a delight: an unobtrusive, soothing colour scheme with a hint of glamour from the silver design on the curtains, and the crystal adornments. The designers consulted with us every step of the way, and seemed to have an instinct as to the kind of look that was required and that would suit all tastes for years to come! Two and a half years and 700 weddings on it still looks beautiful!”
